The Expert version of Scan and Sort it is suitable for organizations in which operational speed and safety are an important prerequisite for a digital archive. The functionality is the same as Scan and Sort it Pro with the difference that per user an extensive set of rights can be configured. With this feature sensitive and confidential information can be shielded from unauthorized access.

Scan and Sort it Expert uses a MySQL or MS SQL Server database for even better performance and storage capacity up to 3.000.000 documents. Multiple scan stations can be configured and by using the Webplugin it is also possible to access the archive through an intranet or the internet.
